The surveillance dial is used to track the surveillance during an episode.

There is only 1 surveillance dial, which is shared by all characters.

During episode setup the surveillance dial is set to 0 and placed in the episode area. (See details under: Episode Setup.)

For each point of Surveillance you trigger, increase the Surveillance on the surveillance dial by 1. (See details under: Surveillance.)
