Empty Deck

If the encounter deck (or a special deck with a discard pile) is empty, you immediately reset the deck. To reset a deck, flip its discard pile face-down and reshuffle it. Then, it replaces the empty deck.

If you draw (or analyze) more cards than are available, you must immediately reset the deck with the following special rule:

  1. Set aside the cards you just drew (or analyzed). Then, reset the deck without those cards by reshuffling the discard pile as normal.
  2. Take the set-aside cards and continue drawing (or analyzing) from the newly formed deck. Finally, resolve any effects that result from drawing (or analyzing) these cards.
