An effect that counts the number of actions (first action, second action, …) during your turn, counts all actions you performed and spent, independent from how many of your action trackers are currently flipped. (This includes the action you are currently performing or spent for the current effect.)

Clarifications:

• Additional actions (or tasks) you perform during your turn are counted towards the number of actions during your turn.
• Actions (or tasks) other characters perform during your turn are not counted towards the number of actions during your turn.
• Actions (or tasks) you perform during another character’s turn in the same character phase are not counted towards the number of actions during your turn.
• Actions you spend during the encounter phase are not counted towards the number of actions during your turn.
