If you do not know how to resolve a rules conflict, or if you are not sure how a particular rule works in conjunction with other rules or effects, resolve it in a way that makes most sense for the story. 

The rule of cool should only be used to resolve rules disputes that cannot be resolved in a reasonable amount of time so that the game can continue.
