Tools give your character new abilities. Unlike Action cards, these abilities are not limited to one task, but remain in effect as long as the Tool is in play. 

Tools can be purchased from your tool kit when you Focus or when you set up the episode. To do so, spend Resources equal to the cost.

Clarifications:

• You can purchase multiple Tools and/or Allies at once. See Focus for details.
• There is no limit to how many Tools you can have in your play zone.
• At the end of the episode all regular Tools are returned to your tool kit – they are not carried over. In the next episode, trashed Tools are available again.
