Each character has 1 double-sided Character Tool. A character can only use their own Character Tool. The names of the two sides are printed on the back of their Character card.

You begin each episode with your Character Tool in play on the side you selected during campaign setup. (See details under: Starting a New Campaign and Episode Setup.)

Clarifications:

• You cannot switch the side of your Character Tool between episodes. Your choice of Character Tool is permanent for the remainder of the campaign.
• A character cannot use the Character Tool of their alternative version, and vice versa.
