These limits are indicated in square brackets [&#8230;] after the effect. They apply to the entire text passage of the effect, not just to the preceding sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Clarifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A limit applies to all characters unless it is explicitly stated as \u201cper character.\u201d <em>(Example: A character uses an effect during their own turn that has the restriction \u201c[Limit 2 per round]\u201d. The same effect is then used during another character\u2019s turn. Now it cannot be used again for the rest of the round.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an effect is optional and you choose not to use it, it will not count toward the limit.
